At school we can’t say bad words. When someone says a bad word, other kids say Aw you said a bad word! And then tell the teacher. I get tired of that. I say Hey listen sometimes you just have to say a bad word. It’s no big deal. Get over it. Move on.
___
Sophia– Although I agree with you, that everyone should get over it and move on, I fear there are those who will not get over it or move on. Be prepared to back down on this one. You might try saying the bad word in your head at the same time that you squint and frown.
Mr. Bob, I’m not the one who says bad word in school. But I do say some at home or when I’m with my mom or my dad. I say shoot or poop or booger. I don’t think these words are bad but people act like they are so you have to expect that reaction. One time in school I said oh god and Leah said you can’t say that. Why not?
I agree, too. I think people should move on and I shouldn’t have to go back to anger management therapy because my colleague didn’t like the bad word I called him. No one disagreed with my choice of words, but they said they shouldn’t be in the minutes.
What bad word did you call him? The baddest word in school is to call someone stupid. Was your bad word meaner? If it takes you minutes to say your bad word wow that must be some long bad word!
I’ve said some long bad words.
The “minutes” is a document where we write down everything people say in the meeting. My word wasn’t very long. What was mean was that it was true. My colleague can’t make decisions and whines about having to make on. I just told him to reach down in his big boy pants and find a bigger set of «tyui\`df>fh” and make a call.
